Plus Hoivakodit

Plus Hoivakodit is a real estate development and investment company specializing in care properties. The joint venture between Urban Partners and Plushoiva Partners develops, builds, and owns modern care facilities. The company needed a clear and cohesive brand identity as well as a new website.

We designed the entire concept from start to finish: creating a unified and recognizable visual identity, building a website to support the company’s business and strategic goals, and designing LinkedIn post templates to ensure consistent communication across digital channels.

The visual design aimed to convey a credible, trustworthy, and responsible impression, while clearly differentiating the brand from both Plushoiva’s previous identity and other players in the industry. The result is a modern and clear overall solution that supports Plus Hoivakodit’s growth and position in the care property market.
